On the roaster

Watch your coffee being roasted

Our 15 kg drum roaster sits behind a glass wall in the cafe. Mara, our head roaster, roasts on Tuesdays and Fridays, so nothing on the shelf is more than three weeks off the roaster.

What happens at a cupping

Coffee your customers can trace to the roast

For cafes and offices in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Ontario

Your bar pours coffee roasted a few days earlier, with the roast date and the farm on every bag, and your staff learn a recipe that works on your grinder. Tell us what you pour and how much, and we reply with a quote within two business days.

Orders start at 5 kg a week. In Winnipeg we deliver on roast days, Tuesday and Friday. Elsewhere in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Ontario we ship the same day by tracked parcel. Training on the grinder and the recipe is free.
