Shipping, pickup and returns
Shipping is $12 per order and free on orders over $75. Pickup at the cafe is always free. If a bag arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund you.
Shipping in four provinces
Every order goes out by tracked parcel in a padded box, with the roast date and the farm printed on every bag.

- Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Ontario. Not yet to Quebec, the other provinces or the territories.
- Cost
- $12 per order. Free on orders over $75.
- Packed
- Within 2 business days of your order.
- On the way
- Usually 2 to 5 business days after it leaves.
- Tracking
- A tracking link by email the day your order leaves.
- Taxes
- Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Pick up at the cafe
Pick up your order at 150 Foundry Lane during opening hours. Your bags are ready at the bar from the next roast day after your order, and we email you when they are. Pickup is free.

If something is wrong with your order
If a bag arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and we send a new bag or refund you. We cannot take back opened coffee you did not enjoy, but we will help you brew it.

- Email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We send a new bag or refund you, your choice.
- Opened coffee you did not enjoy
- We cannot take it back. Call or come by the bar and we will find a grind and a recipe that suit it.
- Refunds
- To the card you paid with, within 5 business days of our reply.
