Privacy policy
This policy explains what Prairie Ash Coffee & Roastery collects through this site, why, who else receives it and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. When you sign up for roast notes, we collect your email address. When you write to us or ask about wholesale, we collect what you type into the form.
We never see your card number. Our payment provider takes the payment and tells us only that it went through.
Why we use it
To fill and deliver your order, send the receipt and answer your questions about it. To send roast notes, only after you confirm the signup by email. To answer messages and prepare wholesale quotes.

We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Counting visits
We count visits with a cookieless analytics tool. It sets no cookies, stores no advertising identifiers and cannot tell who you are. You can switch it off at any time under Analytics settings at the bottom of every page, and the site remembers your choice.
How long we keep it
- Orders
- As long as the law requires us to keep business records.
- Messages and inquiries
- One year, then deleted.
- Roast notes address
- Until you unsubscribe.
If something goes wrong
If one of these services were breached, your contact details could be exposed and you could receive unwanted email. If that happened, we would tell you what was affected and what we are doing about it.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Every roast notes email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
